Returns & Exchanges Policy for Herbal Hub
Our Commitment
At The Herbal we strive to provide you with the highest quality herbal oils and ensure a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist with returns and exchanges.
Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for processing the return.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used products.
- Items purchased as part of a sale or promotion.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact us at 03020462701 to request a return authorization.
- Ship the Item: Pack the product securely and ship it to the return address provided by our team. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product:
- Follow the return process to send back the original item.
- Place a new order for the desired product.
- Contact our support team to assist with expedited processing.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the product and packaging, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
